1. Why La Parrilla Grill?
   
   La Parrilla means in Spanish The Grill. In another words, our name could be translated from Spanish as the combination that probably doesn't make a lot of sence, i.e. the "The Grill Grill". We thought that it may deliver the message to both Spanish and English speaking folks.

3. Do you deliver?
   
   Yes, we deliver to San Francisco for free (minimum $50) Delivery to other cities in Bay Area available for additional fee.

4. What is your delivery policy?
   
   1. Minimum order - $50. Sales tax not included.
   2. No delivery charge.
   3. For order locations in downtown and with limited parking a customer may need to step out and pick up the order.
   4. We take orders before 5pm. We have limited delivery between 6 pm and 9 pm, please call or place an order in advance.
   Please call 800-550-1195 to make an arrangement for deliveries outside of San Francisco.

5. I have a coupon, which may take the order below required $50 minimum. Will you still deliver?
   
   Min. order is $50. If coupon takes your order down below required $50, please select or we may recommend you an extra menu item, which will complement your order and will take it up to required $50 minimum. Please advice about your coupon while placing the order. A delivery person will not be able to honor it after order is processed. That policy is not relevant to Gift Certificates, which allowed to take down your amount due to $0.

6. Do you charge a sales tax on your deliveries?
   
   Yes, we are required to charge the California sales tax on all our delivery orders.

7. I heard about your GrillMiles program. What is that?
   
   Our customers may enjoy 5% credit toward their next order. Just leave your email address. Minimum amount required for delivery is 50 Grill Miles.

8. How Grill Milles program works?
   
   We will add 5% of your order (tax and delivery charge excluded) to your account. You will be able to use your bonus toward your next order once your balance reaches 45 GrillMiles. GillMiles expire in one year.

9. How can I access my account and see my bonus status?
   
   You need to create your profile at our www.lpgrill.com. Upon logging in visit the Bonus Account link. If you placing your order over the phone, please request adding your email address to our system. A password will emailed to you upon request.

10. Is an email address really required for me to strart accumulating Grill Miles?
    
    Yes, your email address as unique identifier. If order is placed over the phone, we will assign and email password to you upon request.

11. I placed an order on behalf of company. Am I required using GrillMiles toward the company purchases only?
    
    Like airline miles belong to a passenger, GrillMiles belongs to email account holder. You can use GrillMiles toward any delivery within our reach. We highly recommend placing an order at least 12 hours in advance for quality and timely delivery.

12. Can I use my Grill Miles in store?
    
    Yes, you can. However, the minimum purchase rules apples. I.e. at the times, the minimum order should be $45 + tax. The stores doesn't have your GrillMiles information and will not honor your grill miles at the POS. Therefore, please request a pick-up, or in store credit against your Grill Miles over the phone, email, or request a Gift Certificates by 4 pm of any business day prior to your store visit and we will gladly make an arrangements for you.
